The occupancy sensed in existing parking solutions was based on sensor which do not give visual feedback on safety of the vehicle.
The existing parking solutions do not keep track of the vehicles registration numbers.
An ideal parking solution should have cameras to check for occupancy so that the customer can be updated with a real time image of the vehicle periodically
The solution should give of customers the ability to complete a booking for a specific parking spot in advance using mobile or web based user interface
The solution should also cover entire billing mechanism, including users and operators
Added flexibility of billing plans based on time of day, and the day itself should be available, and be aided by historical data from the parking site(s)
Designed a parking solution which supports wired and wireless sensors of the type image and ultrasonic
The solution has a cloud hosted web based software capable of configuring sites, setting billing patterns, provide booking interfaces, generate tickets, maintain accounts and generate reports; the admin panel was designed to be user friendly and robust at the same time
